This Black Guy Posted A 'Guess Who's Coming Dinner Service' On Craigslist And It's Hilarious

The holidays are great and I absolutely love this time of year, but even I am sick and tired of people who ask the same old boring family questions.

What are you doing with your life? Are you seeing anyone? How’s your job going? Et cetera, et cetera. It’s even worse when you’ve got an annoyingly traditional family that’s borderline backwards.

Well if you wished there was a way to get back at them and mess with them real good this Holiday season, then you may want to take up Wesley Peterson on his “Guess who’s coming to dinner” family service.

People were cracking up at Peterson’s post.

Others think he’s worth way more than a holiday hire.

But the real question is: did anyone take Peterson up on his offer?

Here’s hoping someone did. Hell, I’m married and not a white woman from a borderline racist family and I want to take him up on his offer.

AIM Is Coming To An End And People Are Paying Tribute

If you grew up in the late 1990’s or early 2000’s, there was one thing you experienced regardless of where you were from. That was getting home from school, logging into AOL, and talking to your friends on AIM.

AIM’s popularity plummeted as other forms of digital communication became more popular. It still exists, though not for much longer. In a recent tumblr post AOL explained that they will be ending the service on December 15th.

Naturally, people have complicated feelings about this. On the one hand, it’s a service people haven’t really used in over a decade. On the other hand, we had a good time there.

Farewell, AIM. We will never forget you or your A/S/L.

PSA: Christmas Joy Is Finally Coming To The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter

PSA: Christmas Joy Is Finally Coming To The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter

The Harry Potter universe is already a pretty magical place, which is why it made perfect sense to make a theme park based off of it: The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. You’ve got all sorts of Hogwarts and J.K. Rowling-inspired enchantment surrounding you at every turn.

But what if there was a way to make the Wizarding World Of Harry Potter even more magical?

Well there totally is, and Universal Studios found a way to do it.

Because they’re planning on decking out the park in a Christmas theme this Holiday season. I know: Hold onto your Nimbus 2000s.

From Universal:

“The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will give guests a special opportunity to see, feel, and even taste what it’s like to celebrate the magic of Christmas in J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World.”

This is what the Hogwarts Castle will look like at night when you visit the Florida park in the evening.

Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley will be tricked out with all the Christmas bells and whistles like boughs of holly and lights.

But the decor isn’t the only thing at the Wizarding World that’ll be getting a facelift.

Dining menus, drinks, and shows will all get a healthy dose of Christmas cheer.

There isn’t much more news as to what Potterheads can expect on the menu, but the books and films are rife with some delicious meals that provide plenty of inspiration for the cooking staff to get creative with.

Imagine a festive feast like this?

Or what about dancing around in your very own Yule Ball?
