This Student Is Dressing Like A Christmas Tree For The Entire Semester

Kelsey Hall posted a photo of her wearing this adorably ridiculous Christmas tree outfit, complete with an indifferent expression about donning such a cheery garment.

With the photo, she penned a vow to wear the tree to all of her classes for the rest of the semester if it hit a thousand retweets.

And, at the time of writing, Hall’s original post hit over 4,600 RTs, so…yeah.

Hall wasn’t all that excited about keeping her promise.

She was out to dinner when she realized she had to put up or shut up, and her friend caught a snap of her incredulous face.

Again, she really, really didn’t want to go through with it.

But her adoring public egged her on…

…and Kelsey had no intention of ever backing out of the bet.

She ultimately pulled through, and there’s plenty of on-campus evidence to prove it.

A fact that she wants everyone to be aware of.

Students were ecstatic at the prospect of seeing Hall rocking her Christmas class outfit in person.

And, in the true spirit of Christmas, she made it happen.

Brother Sends Out Christmas Cards For Sister And Trolls The Entire Family

Twitter user Morgan Svobodny recently decided to share the Christmas card that her brother, Zach, photoshopped and sent to everyone in their family on her behalf.

In the card, Zach claims that Morgan is now in love with rapper Chief Keef, and adding that she’d dropped out of college after discovering that she was pregnant with his child.

That picture is actually a superb photoshop of these two individual images…

Twitter was understandably impressed with Zach’s photoshop skills…

Guy Accidentally Gets Added To Bachelorette Party Group Message And Plans The Entire Thing

Luke Price, a 26-year-old from London, recently got added to a group chat called ‘Nikki’s Hen Party’ after one of the mothers entered in a wrong number.

Instead of letting them know their mistake, he decided to see how much he could get away with while they thought he was ‘Anna the Slamma.’ Anna just wanted to go to the spa and get wasted.

Luke told Metro that he managed to keep the charade up for two days before one of the girls called his number and heard his voicemail.

“My intention was to keep going in the hope I could get the ladies something for their hen party. But I’ve messaged the group admin, she was sweet and saw the funny side.”

Looks like Anna the Slamma won’t be able to tag along.

You Need To Be A Master Of The English Language To Be Able To Read This Entire Poem

As you may often be told if you know anyone who’s had to learn English as a second tongue, our language is a goddamn mess. So much so that in 1922, Dutch poet Gerard Nolste Trenité wrote a poem entitled The Chaos that contains around 800 of our irregularities, and is almost impossible to complete in one take.

Dearest creature in creation
Studying English pronunciation,
I will teach you in my verse
Sounds like corpse, corps, horse and worse.

I will keep you, Susy, busy,
Make your head with heat grow dizzy;
   Tear in eye, your dress you’ll tear;
Queer, fair seer, hear my prayer.

Pray, console your loving poet,
Make my coat look new, dear, sew it!
Just compare heart, hear and heard,
Dies and diet, lord and word.

Sword and sward, retain and Britain
(Mind the latter how it’s written).
Made has not the sound of bade,
   Saysaid, paypaid, laid but plaid.

Now I surely will not plague you
With such words as vague and ague,
But be careful how you speak,
Say: gush, bush, steak, streak, break, bleak ,

Previous, precious, fuchsia, via
Recipe, pipe, studding-sail, choir;
   Woven, oven, how and low,
   Script, receipt, shoe, poem, toe.

Say, expecting fraud and trickery:
Daughter, laughter and Terpsichore,
   Branch, ranch, measles, topsails, aisles,
   Missiles, similes, reviles.

Wholly, holly, signal, signing,
Same, examining, but mining,
   Scholar, vicar, and cigar,
   Solar, mica, war and far.

From “desire”: desirableadmirable from “admire”,
Lumber, plumber, bier, but brier,
   Topsham, brougham, renown, but known,
Knowledge, done, lone, gone, none, tone,

One, anemone, Balmoral,
Kitchen, lichen, laundry, laurel.
   Gertrude, German, wind and wind,
   Beau, kind, kindred, queue, mankind,

This goes on for a lot longer, so if you’ve managed to make it this far, why not give yourself a rest and leave it to a professional?
