People Either Love Or Hate This Woman's Graduation Photo

Human beings are hypocritical animals.

I don’t really think I need to dig that deep to prove my point, but how many times have you lamented about not being in shape, while conveniently forgetting you had an entire sleeve of Oreos while binge watching Netflix the same night you were “too tired” to go to the gym.

Or we all have that one friend who’s always blaming their failed relationships on the other person when they refuse to acknowledge that they, themselves, are the one who’s insanely difficult to put up with.

And then there are situations which are simply puzzling:

“Women for Trump” has a lot of people confused, though plenty of women did actually vote for Trump in the election.

But that’s not what’s causing a kerfuffle about Spencer’s photos online. No, what got people’s feathers in a tizzy is the fact that she’s rocking a flat belly showing off the handle of a pistol tucked into the front of her white jeans.

Which ended up starting a conversation on the importance of preserving second amendment rights and the belief that all of us are free and the government’s not totally taking advantage of us because we’re able to buy guns at our local Walmart.

Some people loved Spencer’s photo.

Some Twitter users pointed to the clear racial double standard when people of color pose with weapons as opposed to when white, blonde women pose with them.

Spencer’s photo caught a lot of attention and even nabbed her an interview on Fox News where she explained that one of the main reasons she took the photo was to inspire women and let them know that they can be safe on a college campus.

Spencer’s post did inspire other women to share their own gun-rocking photos.

Some guys were calling it “real feminism.”

One Twitter user argued that there are very few people who want to “take guns away,” but that “gun sense” needs to be practiced.

Flaunting and sexualizing firearms might look cool, but should you do it?

Guy Accidentally Finds Out Wife Named Their Son After Her First Love

Letting go of the past is tough, especially when it involves an event or person who affected you on a deeply emotional level.

And when your relationship with that person comes to an end and you’re feeling rejected, it can hurt a lot.

There’s a reason why the most popular songs are all about heartbreak. It’s because we all know the feeling. Heck, even if you never went through a particularly painful breakup, you can still imagine what it would be like, because the longing for a significant other is a feeling that’s so deeply ingrained in pretty much everyone.

Now I know this might comes as a shock, but believe it or not, some people start new relationships with people even when they’re not over another person.

In fact, they’ll keep going in a new relationship even when they’re secretly wishing they can be back with their ex! The nerve, right? As common as this reality of life is,  there are some people who take their obsession with their ex way too far. Like this woman who seemingly thought she would be slick and name the son she had with her new man after her first love.

The worst part? The guy had no idea and found out in probably the worst way possible.

Reddit user BillNyes-InnerThigh dished out how the unfortunate discover occurred in Reddit’s Relationship Advice subreddit asking fellow internet peeps for some advice on how to proceed with this shocking discovery.

But there are some things that make this particular discovery somehow even worse. Like the fact that his wife’s ex’s name is a really unique one.

So it’s not like something you can delude yourself into thinking it’s a common name and a total coincidence.

Shockingly enough, it’s a common occurrence for people who are still obsessed with their ex to name their kid after them. Like this dude’s brother-in-law.

And there was this woman’s mother who gave her daughter the effeminate version of her ex’s name and then named her son this dude’s middle name.

OP promised to update the good people of Reddit once he confronts his wife about the name.

There were some people who began coming up with worst case scenarios.

While others tried to find a way to humanize his wife in this situation.

Not like the fact that they died would make it OK, but it does, in a morbid way, make it not as bad.

However, OP doesn’t think that this is the case.

Others came up with a not-so-traumatizing way for the kid to change his name.

Although when he gets older and learns the truth, it might mess him up.

Woman Creates Hilarious Auction Ad For Wedding Dress And People Are In Love

Dealing with a break-up is never easy and people have different coping mechanisms.

Whenever I’ve gone through a split, I found hitting the gym harder than usual and cleaning up my diet helped put me in a good frame of mind. Usually I’m so upset that I don’t want to eat in the first place, and with all of the free time I have, those extra hours I put into working out came easily.

It might not be the healthiest way to cope, despite the obvious benefit of having a trimmer bod, and I probably would’ve had a better time with my break-ups if I had a sense of humor about being dumped or doing the dumping.

Like this New Zealand woman did when she penned a hilariously descriptive Trade Me (like craigslist) post auctioning off her wedding dress, which, as the item description indicates, she did after divorcing her husband.

That’s a pretty savage recap of the relationship and what she thinks of her ex.

As of now, the dress is sitting on a $ 665 AUS bid, and the poster’s unfortunately been forced to make comments on the dress private, as media outlets kept bugging her about the ordeal.

This isn’t the first time women have flocked to private seller sites to offload wedding dresses when their relationships didn’t pan out.

Like this guy was put on blast by his fiance after he allegedly cheated on her.

Or this other woman who had a zinger for her own relationship in this candid wedding dress advertisement.

Her ex-husband eventually came out and gave his side of the story and the two ended things amicably. In fact, he even praised her blog and and industriousness in turning her own personal heartbreak into a positive.

So it’s nice to see that not all break-ups end with heaping spoonfuls of bitterness and loathing. I mean most of them do, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Right?

Smirnoff Vodka Just Trolled President Trump On A Billboard, And People Love It

We all know that President Trump and his administration may have a few… shady Russian ties.

Everyone’s a joker when it comes to Trump’s Russia problem. Be you a Twitter celebrity, a YouTuber, a late night comedian, or Sue over in accounting, you’ve no doubt got a joke or two up your sleeve-ski.

Well, we can now add Smirnoff brand vodka to the list of Trump’s trolls.

Perhaps they’re blasting Trump because he is notoriously known for not drinking alcohol? Who could say?

The Smirnoff ad features a bottle of their vodka and a tin cup that looks to be holding a delicious and refreshing Moscow Mule beverage. This, by the way, happens to be one of our favorite drinks! Give one a try.

The ad says, quite simply:

“Made In America. But we’d be happy to talk about our ties to Russia under oath.”

Woof! That slight burns just about as much as a Moscow Mule with a bit too much ginger beer.

The people of Twitter, of course, were positively pleased with this discovery.

Shady? You betcha. Delightful? Absolutely.

Barack Obama And The Dos Equis Man Are Now Friends, And People Love It

Jonathan Goldsmith, aka “The World’s Most Interesting Man” from the Dos Equis commercials, just got even more interesting.

In his memoir, Stay Interesting: I Don’t Always Tell Stories About My Life, But When I Do They’re True and Amazing, the actor gives his reader a glimpse into his world. One that includes a friendship with former president Barack Obama.

In an excerpt from the memoir published by Politico, Goldsmith talks about his struggles early on as an actor in Hollywood, and how he eventually left Tinseltown in his 50s, even starting a  multimillion-dollar marketing company.

When that company  eventually went under, Goldsmith, now in his late 60s, headed back to Hollywood, eventually scoring the commercial role that would come to define him.

Despite run-ins with Michael Jordan, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Jennifer Lawrence, his unlikely friendship with Obama was a “dream,” according to Goldsmith. The two met in Vermont during Obama’s reelection campaign, when Goldsmith was part of a welcoming committee. He writes:

“He was just starting his second run for the presidency, and we were invited to be in a greeting line of about 200 people. Barbara, my agent who is now my wife, was right when she predicted he would recognize me. Obama is a huge sports fan, especially the NBA. At the time, the Dos Equis commercials were all over ESPN. Our 10-second photo-op turned into a several-minute conversation.”

That friendship blossomed when Goldsmith was invited to be a surprise guest at Obama’s 50th birthday celebration. The two talked for a long time, even getting to a first-name basis with one another. And thus, a friendship was forged.

The Rock Surprised Tourists On Disney's Jungle Cruise And His Fans Fell In Love

The Rock Surprised Tourists On Disney’s Jungle Cruise And His Fans Fell In Love

If you think basing an entire movie off of a theme park attraction seems like a stupid idea, just ask Johnny Depp and the minds behind the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, because in my opinion, that’s exactly what that first movie was, and they seem to be doing pretty well.

The thing is, with huge blockbuster movies come professional PR moves to promote the movie. That’s when you gotta get creative.

How creative? Well, how about taking arguably the world’s largest box-office star and having him surprise a group of tourists on the ride that you’re basing your upcoming movie on?

Because that’s exactly what happened when Dwayne Johnson crashed the Jungle Cruise ride at Walt Disney World.

The star shared the news on Instagram with some hilarious commentary.

Like pointing out the lady behind him was totally snapping a pick of his bootaaaay.

View post on imgur.com

Just take a look at that face and tell me she isn’t thinking, “Mmmhmmmm.” If you do, then you’re a liar.

Here’s Johnson’s entire awesome caption below:

(I think the lady to my right is snapping a pic of my bootaaaay)
Surprise! Once I committed to our Disney partners to make the movie based off the JUNGLE CRUISE ride, I wanted to dive head first into the research.
So I headed to Walt Disney World and surprised tourists by commandeering the JUNGLE CRUISE boat.
It was a GREAT day on the river. Learned a lot.. for example, it takes approximately 12.6 minutes for all the passengers to get over the shock of me jumping on the boat and thinking I’m a DJ look-a-like. One passenger even said, “Oh the real Rock is much smaller than this guy”. I threw his ass off the boat.
Jokes aside (and yes, with me as the Cruise Skipper there will be an abundance of puns) this is such an amazing, fantastical and cool world to build out. Best part about this surprise research day was knowing how FUN of an experience we’re gonna work hard to create for families around the world. That’s the part that gets my excited the most.
The movie. The ride. The experience.
It’s the cruise of a lifetime. And trust me, you’ll want me as your Skipper. Just don’t forget to bring the Skipper’s beer.
Next step… we find our visionary director.

There aren’t many other details available, except that the movie is starring The Rock and is being produced by Disney. They’re still looking for a director to bring it on home. Let’s just hope whoever they are, they remember to bring the Skipper his beer.

Adele Scolds Security During Her Own Concert, Making Fans Love Her Even More

When you’re at a concert and you’re really into the music, sitting down isn’t really an option. Adele understands this fully.

And although security has a job to do, like making sure fans don’t mob the stage and disrupt the performance, telling people to sit down who are clearly digging the show isn’t cool. Which is why Adele went off on the guards, urging fans to stand up by telling security to stop making them stay in their seats.

Twitter Is In Love With This Couple Who Went To Special Needs Prom Together

Twitter user ThatGuyJigg recently took to Twitter to share perhaps the cutest couple in the would right now — his brother, Justin, and his prom date, Victoria. They're all dressed up for Night to Shine, an “unforgettable prom experience” for special needs kids who might not be able to go their school's prom.

He asked the internet to help them go viral, and the internet obliged, retweeting the post 220,000 times and liking it more than half a million times.

And Justin seems pretty excited about the whole thing.

Someone even drew a sketch of the two.

Mostly, people are just freaking out about how adorable these two are.

We really need some fashion tips from both of them.

But there was one user,
Who was rather perplexed,
By how this little girl,
Managed to do this to her head.

That’s when @BigAntSzn replied to the dude,
Despite his phrasing being a little bit rude,
As far as how they managed to get her hair to stand up,
It turns out that they simply used a small cup.

Pretty neat all around.
