Girl Gets Fired From Her Job At Target After Prank Goes Viral

Pranks are the worst, but when executed correctly, they can get you a lot of attention. Bad attention.

Twitter user @Delilah810 found this out the hard way, after her “prank” on her best friend in the parking lot of a Target went viral. In it, she pushed that friend, who is sitting in a shopping cart, into a push. It looks pretty gnarly, but the friend was apparently unscathed:

They look like they’re having a blast, to be fair, but it’s a pretty dangerous thing to do. Darn, I sound old!

@Deliliah810’s tweet was doing pretty well already, but then she added an update:

Wow, no kidding.

She seems chill with it, though. Maybe because she’s managed to maintain her friendship, despite everything:

Though many of @Deliliah810’s fans are just run of the mill Twitter users who love a good parking lot disaster vid, there are also a wholllllle lotta people who work at or once worked at Target, too.

Man, if getting thrown into a push is what happens on a work day, what do Target employees get up to at a barbecue?

But there are plenty of people who are enjoying this story even if they have no personal association with Target.

It’s very meme-able:

And they’re loving her, no matter what she’s done:

Because they hate Target:

Don’t worry, there are plenty of other companies that could use @Delilah810’s skills:

Woman Makes Museum Exhibits Out Of Roommate's Stuff In Hilarious Prank

Roommates can either be the best or the worst, there’s just no in between. But we’re guessing that Ellen Huet, a writer for Bloomberg, is in the former category.  While two of her roommates were away on a trip, she decided to play a pretty amazing prank on them.

Huet and the rest of the house grouped together to turn their room into a museum, so that future generations might have some insight on San Francisco life.

I’m sure this won’t confuse people in the future…

This one could actually pass for the truth.

Unsurprisingly, people found the photos hilarious.

Who doesn’t have fun with lamination?

History nerds were excited.

Others wanted to pull the prank off themselves.

This Woman Came Up With The Perfect Prank For When A Guy Asks You To 'Send Nudes'

You know how it is when you’re having a nice text conversation with someone you have a crush on or are just starting to date. Or maybe some Internet stranger who slides into your DMs. They all make the same demand.

“NUDES,” they cry. They want pictures of your naked body and feel completely entitled to having them. There’s certainly nothing wrong with sharing some sexy pics with someone if that’s your jam, but the sheer number of dudes who ask makes it seem like they’re all involved in some sort of scavenger hunt. It’s annoying.

Twitter user @saucynatt shared her own solution to the Send Nudes request, posting a conversation with some unsuspecting, but eager, fellow in which she just kept writing, “Attachment: 1 Image” over and over rather than sending a file. Much to his disappointment, nothing resembling a naked woman appeared:

It really worked a bunch of times:

The tweet went viral, and it’s apparently not that uncommon to mess with men whose brains are deadened by their desire to see digital areola. There were other pranks in the replies; some suggested the download that will never download:

Or the message that never sends:

But most just complimented her on the extremely good troll:

There’s nothing that seems to stop men asking for nudes, so at least enjoy the troll.

Spider-Man Surprises Unsuspecting Starbucks Customers In Viral Prank Video

Meeting Spider-Man would be extremely exciting, but you probably wouldn’t expect him to just be at your local Starbucks, picking up some coffee on his way to a meeting with The Avengers. He’s supposed to catch you as you fly through the air after an attack from the Green Goblin. Then you’re already screaming, unlike all these people who were calmly waiting for a caffeinated beverage before their friendly neighborhood Spider-Man dropped out of the ceiling.

That’s when they started screaming:

The prank was set up to promote Spider-Man: Homecoming, but that’s not Tom Holland in the suit. Though Holland is admirably lithe and able, he is not a professional stunt-man, unlike Chris Silcox, who is usually the body inside the suit. His account isn’t verified, but some guy named Chris Silcox on Instagram sure loves dressing up as Spidey and running around town, so I’m fairly certain this is him:

Mashableinterviewed Silcox and the ad group that came up with the idea—they had to find a Starbucks with high ceilings so they could build a false one for Silcox to crouch in, then tie him up in a harness to await his targets. It’s actually kind of nerve-wracking to watch. While some people are thrilled to meet a Marvel super hero, enough people screamed that I was a little afraid Spider-Man would get a cup of hot coffee in the face.

Silcox said the best part was, of course, the kids:

“When a very bright upside-down superhero appears out of no where, what do you do? Little kids seemed to take to Spider-Man best, which was funny! [They thought,] ‘Of course Spidey’s here … Why wouldn’t he be here to grab a Cap’n Crunch Frappuccino?! It’s hot out!’ Plus, if a mocha latte was thrown at me, the amazing baristas working with us — who were actually working and gave every single person we surprised a drink and a smile — would have helped me clean my Tony Stark suit in a jiffy.”

This whole thing definitely made me excited for Spider-Man the film, and also for an absolutely enormous cup of coffee. I mean, who knows who I’ll meet?
