Donald Trump Jr. Makes Offensive Tweet During Irma Emergency Announcement

Hurricane Harvey has devastated Houston. Hurricane Irma has flattened whole islands in the Caribbean, blasted the American territories of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, and could be just the third Category Five hurricane in history to strike the American mainland.

Florida Governor Rick Scott is making it clear that evacuation orders are not to be ignored.

Important stuff, passionately delivered. Yes, the interpreter is a little distracting, possibly because the camera was closer to him than it was to the Governor.

Here’s a reasonable dialogue about exactly that:

Is anyone surprised that Donald Trump Jr. tweeted something insensitive?

Junior got slammed in the rich guy equivalent of a junior high school locker and never came out. Here’s Hilary Duff’s 2004 hit ‘Haters’ (written about Lindsay Lohan, OBVS) for a quick study on just how disconnected Donny is from the present situation.

Actress Marlee Matlin Writes Tweet, Gets Unfollowed By All Trump Family Members

Academy-award winner Marlee Matlin was recently unfollowed by the whole Trumpclanfamily.

The actor and advocate for the deaf community was unfollowed because of this tweet she posted earlier this week:

How do we know they all unfollowed her? Well, there is a Twitter bot that actually tracks the follows and unfollows of the Trump accounts. Because, of course there is.

Needless to say, supporters had Matlin’s back.

They all followed her BECAUSE the Trumps unfollowed her.*

I think that’s beautiful!

(*Also, as someone born with only 50% of their hearing, I admit this got me a little teary-eyed.)

But, this message will really make you smile!

Here is a bit more detail about the unfollowing heard ’round the world:

Since Ms. Matlin dealt with worse on “The Apprentice,” and still followed them on Twitter, hard to believe she’s that petty.

Do I think the Trump offspring are that petty?

I mean, consider the source!

Thank you, Marlee for your courage in the face of ignorance!

An Old Tweet Of President Trump’s Comes Back To Bite Him

It’s quite obvious that one of Donald Trump’s favorite things is Twitter. He tweets nearly every day, all hours of the day. It should come as no surprise that his past tweets are coming back to haunt him. With the  recent replacement of his Chief of Staff, Trump, once again, is doing exactly what he complained about on Twitter when Obama was in the White  House.

Since Donald Trump joined Twitter in March 2009, he has tweeted 35.4 thousand times.

What you post on the internet, stays on the internet, so it was only a matter of time for Trump’s tweets to come back and haunt him.

The newest addition to Trump’s twitter take backs is in reference to the replacement of his Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus.

The irony rings rampant in a tweet Trump posted in January 2012 where he rips former President Obama for replacing his Chief of Staff.

In three years Obama had three Chiefs of Staff compared to Trump’s two Chiefs of Staff in seven months.

Be careful what you tweet, Mr. Trump… they’ll come back to haunt you!

Celebrities React to Donald Trump’s CNN Body Slam Tweet: ‘How the F— Are You a President’

Source,Source

On Sunday, July 2nd, President Donald Trump tweeted a GIF of himself physically attacking someone meant to represent CNN, the major news network. The video, which features Trump pulling a man with “CNN” superimposed over his face to the ground and punching him repeatedly, was accompanied by the hashtags “#FraudNewsNetwork” and “#FNN.”

This tweet comes hot on the tails of the President’s blatantly sexist attack of Morning Joe hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, who he referred to as “low I.Q. crazy,” “dumb as a rock,” and “psycho.”

Many celebrities were aghast at the President’s tweet, and said as much on social media:

In our current state of affairs, who better to teach Trump about American history than a British author?

Others noted the profound double standard Trump takes advantage of:

Some celebrities were simply flabbergasted:

Mia Farrow was left completely speechless by the situation:

Others wondered aloud how much influence Trump’s staff has on his tweets (for better or worse):

Musicians like Zendaya offered some much-needed perspective:

John Legend shared his feelings with a simple message:

Trump Made A Significant Spelling Error In A Tweet – And Twitter Won't Let Him Forget It

It’s common knowledge that Donald Trump isn’t the most eloquent wordsmith. It shouldn’t come as any surprise that in a recent video released by the Trump administration, there was a massive spelling error: Miners was spelled minors.

Obviously, twitter jumped on this real quick.

The jokes write themselves.

Wow. Minors, maybe working in those clean beautiful coal mines. Makes me  nostalgic for that great asbestos insulation and lead paint.— Tersa (@TerryTerse) June 23, 2017

For everyone who is scared of Trump’s administration, thankfully he at least gives us a chance to laugh.

Bernie Sanders Just Tore The GOP And TrumpCare Apart With One Vicious Tweet

After yesterday’s vote to repeal Obamacare, Democrats, and a large swath of the country, were feeling pissed.

netdna

Many prominent Democrats in Congress took to Twitter to express their outrage and disappointment in Trump and House Republicans. But it was Bernie Sanders, the sometimes-independent, sometimes-Democratic Senator, who summed it up best in one tweet:

Here Are The 17 Best Tweet Reactions To Last Night's Commander In Chief Forum

Last night, far too many weary Americans tuned in to NBC’s Commander In Chief Forum— a dry run for the debates beginning in just three weeks.

It seemed as good an opportunity as any to get some clarity on the candidates’ policies and to partake in political-themed drinking games. There seemed to be more drinking than clarity, though.

Luckily, this was Twitter’s time to shine. So, here are the tweet reactions you’ve been waiting for:
