Wendy's Just Roasted McDonald's Over Their Ice Cream Machine And We're On Their Side

Ever wandered into a McDonald’s on a warm summers day for some refreshing ice cream only to be told that the ice cream machine isn’t working? You’re not the only one. In fact, there’s an entire meme that centres around McDonald’s ice cream machines not working…

These are all classics, by the way.

And now, the fast food joint behind everyone’s favorite Twitter account, Wendy’s, has got in on the action. In a reply to a tweet about Fisher-Price’s McDonald’s Soda Fountain, which includes an ice cream machine, Wendy’s delivered this burn…

Someone needs a visit to the burn unit. This isn’t the first time that the geniuses behind Wendy’s Twitter account have roasted McDonald’s. Here’s a reply to a tweet that McDonald’s corporate account probably didn’t mean to send out…

And Wendy’s also went on the warpath in response to McDonald’s announcement back in March that quarter pounder burgers in the majority of their restaurants will be cooked with fresh beef by mid-2018.

McDonald’s just can’t catch a break. Social media users seemed to enjoy this latest burn even more that those last two.

It even made some people hungry.

For many, the winner was clear.

This user is even planning McDonald’s funeral.

Get these people a pay rise.

Others were just as brutal as the red-haired girl herself.

Conan O'Brien Just Explained Why Trump Has Been Silent On Twitter–And We're Chuckling

There was a moment today in which there were no tweets from President Trump. No one knew what to think. Nobody but Conan O’Brien, that is, who chimed in with a characteristically wise insight.

Not long after, the President’s tweets resumed, presumably because he could still hold a phone and tweet with his thumbs, but it might have take him a little while to figure that out.

In the meantime, Twitter nodded their heads in agreement with O’Brien:

There was some debate over which country deserves credit for the ingenious device:

And some people shared their own speculations:

But we couldn’t agree more with this:

Male Praying Mantis Continues Having Sex After Getting Decapitated–And We're Enthralled

The Praying mantis is a super freaky looking bug with some very interesting sexual predilections. For instance, cannibalism.

Some female Mantis species bite the head off the male Mantis after he deposits his sperm in her. After is the important part to remember while watching this video from Youtube channel Deep Impact. At about the three minute 30 second mark, you will witness a male mantis getting its head bite off—and still being DTF afterwards.

As you can see, he has no head. Yet he persists.

According to the narrtor, the nerves in the Mantis’ abdomen are controlling its body at this point. He doesn’t really need a head to get the job done, so to speak. He’s just following his heart!

Look, this is pretty disturbing, but don’t let it poison you against the Praying Mantis forever. They’re actually pretty cool bugs, with lots of gorgeous varieties:

Just don’t take one home from the bar.

We're Getting A Glimpse Of What Baby Porgs May Look Like In The New 'Star Wars' Film–And Yiiikes

When the Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer hit the Internet, people got pretty excited over Porgs. The latest addition to the fauna of the Star Wars galaxy, you may think very differently of them after seeing what a baby Porg looks like.

During an appearance on The Star Wars Show, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy suggested that we’d be seeing their infant form very soon. And thanks to a Japanese toy site, we now know that baby Porgs are absolutely hideous…

Girls Get Teddy Bears With Late Grandfather's Voice Recording And We're In Tears

Family ties are important to everyone. Even those who don’t communicate all that well throughout the year make an effort to contact those they really do love during the holidays. Personally, the only significance holidays have to me are that I get some extra time off from work to spend with my family, and I know I’m not alone when it comes to that.

As anyone reading this knows, however, our time on this plane of existence is limited, and your first holiday without a parent, grandparent, sibling, or anyone you’ve been close to your entire life is going to be difficult.

Losing a loved one is a difficult concept to grasp, even more so for a child. One Twitter user shared a moment this Christmas when her aunt gave her sisters teddy bears that had a familiar voice to them.

The response to the video assured is what you might expect.

The girls immediately recognized the voice of their late grandfather once they squeezed their respective bear’s hand.

Possibly the best feature Build-A-Bear has ever offered, as it’s definitely a lovely way to ensure that their grandpa was around for this Christmas and will be for many more to come.

An Artist Turned Obama And Biden Into Classic Dynamic Duos And We're In Love

Ever since the explosion of Joe Biden and Barack Obama memes, people can’t help but get inspired by the bromance these two men apparently share.

Not only has the surge in this meme’s popularity inspired a bevy of jokes, but it looks like it’s inspired some legitimate artwork as well.

Like Stylight’s “BROTUS” series of drawings that re-imagines Obama and Biden as classic dynamic duos.

Like Mario and Luigi.

Perhaps one of the most iconic duos of all time, Mario and Luigi are the iconic characters of Super Mario bros which is now the best-selling video game franchise ever. Every year countless people dress up as this colourful duo for Halloween and dress up parties alike. In 2013 Super Mario released a game entitled ‘Mario & Luigi: Dream Team’ so it only seemed fitting that we replace them with our fave dream team Joe and Barack.

Woody and Buzz.

Sheriff Woody and space ranger Buzz Lightyear start off on a bad foot when Woody loses his crown as Andy’s favourite toy to make room for the newer, shinier Buzz. However, throughout the Toy Story movies Buzz and Woody form a bond and eventually a strong alliance. The song ‘You’ve Got A Friend In Me’ is now synonymous with Toy Story and would make a pretty good soundtrack to all those Barack and Joe memes if you ask us!

Men in Black.

Elite secret agents K and J, played by Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith respectively, are members of the MiB, an extra terrestrial surveillance corporation. Responsible for managing alien ‘immigration’ and saving the world from intergalactic terrorism, the pair are dubbed the ‘Men in Black’ because of their non descript monochrome uniforms – not unlike Obama and Biden’s usual simple suited looks!

Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.

Ex-chemistry school teacher turned crystal methamphetamine manufacturer Walter White (or Heisenberg as he’s more commonly known) and dealer Jesse Pinkman strike up an unusual friendship and alliance when they start their drugs business Cap’n Cook. It’s no secret that the pair’s business takes off in a big way and they develop a strong, loyal bond. Bet you never thought you’d see Barack in a hazmat suit! A badass bromance if ever there was one!

And of course, Batman and Robin.

Ah the classic ‘Dynamic Duo’ Batman and Robin are a quintessential pair fighting crime and defeating evil together. So many similarities to Obama and Biden already we hear you cry! Yep and that’s not all… much like Biden, Robin is Batman’s light hearted sidekick and is often referred to as his ‘comic relief’.

Pizza Porn Is Getting Popular And We're Not That Surprised

The hardworking statisticians at Pornhub are back at it with new reports about our online habits, and we couldn’t be more grateful to them for their life-changing contributions to our understanding of human behavior.

Their newest findings? “Pizza porn” is spiking in porn searches everywhere, leaving us to wonder exactly what happens to the pizza delivery person during the “money shot.

“Pornhub has nearly 2000 videos with pizza in the title, and each month people search for pizza porn more than 500,000 times,” the insights team writes.

While the standard “pizza delivery guy” remains popular in porn, the search terms related to pizza are certainly broadening.

“Amateur pizza dare.” There are a lot of possibilities with that one.

It’s safe to say you’re more likely to consume pizza porn than your parents.

Clearly, there’s an age correlation between pizza porn popularity and age — the cheesy goodness is most popular among viewers ages 18 to 24 and least popular among viewers ages 65 and up.

While pizza porn viewing does span across gender, men are more likely to search for it. Bet you never saw that coming, right?

So where does your state rank in pizza porn consumption?

Arizona and Utah really like their porn hot and oily (and cheesy). Mississippi, on the other hand, isn’t feeling too hungry.

As it turns out, pizza porn has become a global phenomenon.

Romania and South Korea lead the world pizza porn consumption. Apparently, that cheesy goodness isn’t in very high demand in Japan, though.

It all makes sense. There’s nothing sexier than pizza.

Perhaps some videos take it too far? To each their own, we suppose…

We’re thinking pizza for dinner tonight. You?

The Internet Is Talking About #LoudBlackGirls, And We're Listening

When #LoudBlackGirls started trending on Twitter, it was easy to assume the worst because, well…it’s the internet.

Clicking through and finding the source of the hashtag revealed something else all together.

Erica Garner, daughter of the late Eric Garner, said in a recent town hall meeting with President Obama that she had to be belligerent to be heard.

When social activist Femenista Jones heard the details, she decided to take to Twitter to comment:

And here, the hashtag was born:

Femenista Jones kept tweeting, listing offences that famous African American women throughout history had to stay silent in front of,  including her own personal account.

She then invited others to chime in:

And they did:

I would post the tweets that trolls made using the hashtag while their wifi connection was still up and running, but they quickly fell to the bottom of the barrel as other tweets were liked and retweeted to the top.

You can follow (and join) the conversation on Twitter by using #LoudBlackGirls.
